The PLUS N-204 Copyboard is a fantastic device that is loaded with numerous options to pep up the efficiency of your office chores. With an ability to work in three file formats, the PLUS N204 Interactive Whiteboard easily saves data in PNG, JPEG or even in PDF formats to access the files from different systems. The PLUS N204 Interactive Whiteboard does not employ the use of any special software as different board settings and network assistance enhances its work efficiency in a remarkable manner.
Faster Scan Time
Color scanning now takes only 15 seconds ?| 35% faster than previous model.
Quiet Operation
The scan noise on the new Plus N-204 has been reduced from 50dB to 43dB. No more noisy scanning disrupting your discussion or train of thought. *As a point of reference, a quiet office is 50dB and the average library is 40dB.
Erase Reminder Function
You can set the N204 Copyboard to scroll through the sheet when you turn it off ?| no more forgetting to erase.
Save Energy
Previous boards have used 40W during operation and 5W during stand-by. The new Plus N-204 uses only 12W during operation and 3W during stand-by instead. You won't find a more energy-efficient board than this!
Network Function
The new Plus N204 Copyboard is accessible via a web browser ?| no need for a USB memory stick or computer to save information. You can now simply view your information over a network.
Thumbnail Function
You can shrink your 2 to 4 writing panels of information to a thumbnail image and print it all on one page.
Direct Computer Connection
With a USB cable connection, save your information straight to your computer. No special software is needed, the Plus N-204 Copyboard is compatible with all operating systems, and only one page of data is saved for added security. When you remove the USB cable, your data will be automatically erased from the board's memory.
Front Facing USB Port
The USB port on the new N-204, N-20W, N-20S are front-facing making it easy to insert your USB memory stick. At a glance you can see which way to insert the USB memory stick. A 1GB USB memory stick will hold around 4800 pages.
3 File Format
Save in PNG, JPEG or PDF formats. View the file on your computer, attach it to an email or paste it into a document.
Security Function
Configure the security settings in the browser. You can disable the ability to save information to a USB memory stick as well as to a computer.
Disable Color Printing
You can disable color printing mode on your Plus N-204, N-20W, N-20S Copyboards if black and white only is preferred.
No Special Software
The new N-204, N-20W, N-20S boards is accessible via a web browser and all board settings (file format, date settings, resolution etc.) and security settings can be configured in a browser on your computer. You don't need to install special software. The board is compatible with all operating systems.

3/5 A superb tool to save time and money while achieving high productivity, wherever used! I am more than just happy purchasing this N204 Copyboard. It is very simple to install and easy to operate.
