The Aficio 2015/2018/2018D offer
everything you’d expect in a powerful network
printer—including support for all popular
network platforms and compatibility with today’s
most common business and graphics software—along
with some capabilities that you might be surprised
to find… • Ricoh’s RPCS™ (Refined
Print Command Stream)—an easy-to-use, icon-based
print driver interface that enables you to apply
print job settings and then output print jobs with
a single mouse click. Plus, standard PCL 5e/6 and
optional Adobe PostScript 3 ensure

SmartDeviceManager, Web Image Monitor and
SmartDeviceManager— a complimentary suite

monitor paper and toner levels, program fax

Web Image Monitor) or from an icon located on the
Windows Taskbar (SmartDeviceManager). Because
total document management is more than just
document output, the Aficio 2015/2018/2018D’s
network scanning function provides an efficient
way to manage existing hardcopy documents and
electronic files. • Embedded Scan to E-mail—enables
users to scan hardcopy documents to multiple
e-mail addresses (in TIFF or PDF format) at up to
600 dpi directly from the Control Panel for
immediate document distribution. This eliminates
the need for costly overnight delivery services
when communicating large, multi-page documents.
• ScanRouter Lite—provides an efficient
electronic document distribution solution that
enables offices and workgroups to share
information and convert existing hardcopy—such
as photos, blueprints or drawings—into digital
documents. You can upgrade to ScanRouterPro for
