With 125k duty cycle you are guaranteed piece of mind. Toshiba e-Studio 455 copier offer E-Filing for 200 users as you can store your document in to as many as 100 folders per box and up to 400 pages per folder. The only downside to this copier is that it doesn't come with the 100 sheet reverse document feeder standard. Toshiba always have this important feature as an option which gets the price lower initially vs. other manufacturer's prices.
